About the Event
Practice outside with Chantal on Wednesday evening!
Either join us in-person in Thalwil at Platten Park or tune in via audio and plug in your headphones and practice from anywhere; your garden, the lake or the park. It's up to you!
We will enjoy a perfect Wednesday evening flow that is rejuvenating, strengtening and relaxing.
Bring your own mat, some water and yourself and if you join via audio don't forget your favourite headphones!
