Thursday AM Practice Emerge with Hope (Livestream)

Practice with us early Thursday Morning from home 

THURSDAY mornings from 6:45-7:35am 

If you miss a session, you are able to get access to the recording to catch up all week on your own time. 

Start of the course is March 3 and it will run until April 7.

Emerge with Hope

Every Thursday monring has a different peak pose + mental focus. 

The 50min practices are desigend to spice up your day and the rest of your week! 

You can definitely expect breath and core-work and a Dolphin in every class.
