Stress Relief Series
This series is very much centered around RELAX and BREATHE.
Every session is a deep class of self-care.
Restore you body with a beautiful sequence into total relaxation. This class is a mix and match of gentle yoga asanas, some yin, pranayama (breathing), fascial release movements, and meditations.
Unwind your nervous system and feel connected to your breath and your body.
Join this series if you are looking to simply be in the moment. Are you looking to balance yourself from a high-powered job, are you always in the on-the-go mode, or are you simply looking for some stress-relief?
Become more aware of your surroundings, tune in with yourself and your breath and be(come)
comfortable with stillness and quiet.
These classes are just like coming back from vacay! A luxury treatment for your soul!
