Saturday Pregnancy Yoga Course Winter

This next pregnancy course runs from January 10 - February 7

(Please note, class on January 17 takes place in the afternoon)

Pregnancy Yoga is a great way to prepare for what is next. It is also a special time just for you.

Spend some quality time with your babe, relaxing, breathing and moving. 

Join us for a 60min flow and 15min relaxation in-person with all the safety regulations in place.

Each class is a pregnancy friendly Yoga Flow class with various modifications. 

Every stage of pregnancy is welcome. 

Space is limited to 8 Mamas per class. 

You can sign up for the full course and there is no need to sign up as your space will be reserved for you. 

We have all the props at the studio but if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to do so.

Cost: 

Full Course Cost: 210.- chf (you have reserved mat and do not neet to sign up after registration. No make up if missed.) 

4x Flexible Pass: 200.- chf (you can choose which dates you want to come but you have to sign up yourself.) 

Payment:

We prefer payments made via Bank Transfer. You can use the QR code. 

This way there are no transaction fees.

Insurance:

Upon registration, send an email to yoga@chantalhauser.com with your postal address and name of insurance

and a receipt will be issued for you to send to your insurance.
