Intention Setting - Extended Class

This January Sunday class will kick start your new year! 

Whether you've taken some time away from your practice and are ready to come back, or if you've just been feeling a little bit all over the place. 

In this extended class we will go through a Yoga Flow focused on twists, good stretches and connecting to movement again after a bit of a holiday break! There will also be some core work involved. 

The overall theme of the class is INTENTION Setting - for the New Year ahead!

After this Sunday afternoon you will feel more ease and space in your body!  

These 2 hours will help you get back into the flow of movement. 

No previous experience necessary.
