Hanuman Flow Training - The Practice + Roots

Are you looking to refine your practice with Chantal's Hanuman Flow yoga style? 

This weekend is for practitioners and teachers. 

At the YOGA ATELIER you will have a personalized and intimate setting.

Do you want to immerse yourself in a weekend or two of intelligent sequencing, hands-on assists, refresh your yoga skills, and deepen your knowledge about who you are and what you want? 

This training is where tradition meets the present moment.  

A training for teachers, seasoned practicioners and the Yogi enthusiast! 

A minimum of 5 Yogis is required to hold the training, so come with a friend and dive into the weekend like a monkey would!

THE PRACTICE + ROOTS

November 4,  Friday 

18:30 - 21:00  

Welcome / Opening Circle + Hanuman Flow Practice 

November 5, Saturday 

11:30 - 13:00 

Vinyasa Flow Practice + Breathing

13:00 - 17:00 An afternoon of looking at; 

+ the 8 limbs of yoga / Patanjali's Sutras

+ Chantal's story of developing Hanuman Flow style + background

+ looking at the foundations of Forrest Yoga + Ashtanga Vinyasa 

+ ending with an insightful Meditation (death meditation) 

----- there will be a 15min break in the afternoon session

November 6, Sunday 

9:00 - 11:30 

Forrest Yoga Practice 

--- 50min for a short break / small lunch 

12:20 - 15:00 

Sequencing and the Art of Hanuman Flow (for your own practice + teaching) 

Meditation + Closing Circle 

Option to add the Teacher Mentorship Module 

The Teacher Mentorship Module is a private and indiviual 10 week program with Chantal. Each week will include a 1hr zoom call, at least 1 hr of reading homework and 1 hr of recorded teaching practice.

You can also do this Module at a later time. 

(Part 2 will take place 3.-5. February 2023 and is about The Teaching + Connection)
