Moving. Flowing. Restoring. Start your weekend with a Sweet Friday class at the Yoga Atelier.
A delicious combination of movement and relaxation: We massage fascia through playful and integrated movements and let the body melt into restorative poses afterwards.
Deborah Sutter has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching it for 5. Her teaching is highly influenced by her mentors Kiran Trace and Julie Martin.
