About the Event
The focus of the prenatal special is to move through a 90minute yoga class designed for Mamas to Be!
You will also learn various modifications for your regular yoga class, especially if your teacher is not trained to give you pregnancy options.
Build strength, ease aches/pains and find relaxation! We will start the class with Breathing, then go over into Moving around and Feeling stuff and at the end Relaxing into a bit of Bliss!
Join us and take some time for yourself before your bundle of joy arrives into this crazy world of ours!
