4-Workshop Series for Postpartum
Restore your Core at the YOGA ATELIER!
Designed to support you to reclaim your body. Reconnect to yourself in your (new) role as a mom and allow yourself some time and space to breathe. It offers breathing, strengthening and relaxation tools to adjust to your new chapter of life. ---> The classes are intended primarily for the mom. Ideally you'd come without the baby. Please email with questions, concerns. Chantal will introduce postures to help re-energize and heal the body. We will work with pelvic-floor movements, deep breath awareness, and various yoga postures.
The class is not a flowing class but rather looking at different moves, repetition and then incorporating them into a mini sequence. Each Saturday will include different areas of the core and pelvic floor movements. There will also be modifications for first, second, third birth.
Step into the person you have become and join our community of parenthood! We welcome moms who are at least 9 weeks post-delivery. C-section 12 weeks.

Chantal Hauser is a full-time Yoga Teacher with a background in Forrest and Ashtanga Yoga. She has completed Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Trainings at Integral in New York City and at Birthlight in Zurich. She is able to assist and guide her students through a safe, rejuvenating and therapeutic yoga practice, before and after becoming a mother.
Cancellation Policy: No reimbursements. No exceptions. If you need to cancel you are able to make up the class by coming to any other class at the Atelier within the time of the course.
