When it comes to true recovery from stress, axiety or even trauma, our will or intellect has little to nothing to do with it.
We need to find an approach which speaks to our bodies, an approach on a deeper, unconscious level.
This is where Restorative Yoga comes in. In our April series, we slow down and keep sensing into this very consistent support of the ground. Our nervous system will not be soothed until we discover this truth and experience it as a somatic connection.
Building on and upwards from the anxiety, stress and trauma workshop series; we are now establishing a relationship to the ground together. It is not necessary to have been part of the previous workshops.
