Kids Halloween Yoga

Yippee we are absolutely excited to offer a Little Yogi class at the Atelier! 

Join Sonal and Chantal for a lot of fun! This is a halloween themed yoga class that will be a blast! 

For all children ages 3+ with the use of songs, games, props & LOVE our little yogis will learn how to move like a pumpkin, how to breathe like a ghost and how to walk like a spider! 

In our Little Yogi Halloween class the children will learn and explore: 

body awareness, concentration, strength & flexibility, peace in body & mind

kind social interaction, discipline & being present. 

Approximately one hour in length, including time before and after to settle in / socialize.

Parents are welcome to join, watch, or use the time for a well deserved break.

After the class it is optional to stick around for a little snack and dance party!
