This Intensive is all about the torso and the full on core from the pelvic floor to the collar bones.
The sequence is built around side bends and forward folds. Options for back tweakyness are given if requested.
End your weekend into the Summer holidays with a long class by breathing deeply, moving with intention and gently winding down your nervous system. Stretch and move your body with Chantal!
These 2 hours are a great way to find space for yourself and to give yourself permission to fascinate on you. Breathing compassion for yourself into the tight areas in your body and feeling it.
