Practice and celebrate the Easter Weekend with Chantal!
We will deepen our body love in this Friday Intensive by breathing and moving. The sequence is built around core work and nourishing backbends. Especially great after long days of home office or being around the house. Soothe your back, stretch and move your body with Chantal.
These 2 hours are a great way to find space for yourself and to give yourself permission to fascinate on you. Breathing compassion for yourself into the tight areas in your body and feeling it.
Open to all levels.
