We will deepen our body love in this Friday Intensive by twisting, breathing, releasing. The sequence is built around mini backbends, leg work and twists. Get up close with the Forrest Yoga roll and get connected to your gut and the feelings that we harvest in that area.
These 2 hours are a great way to find space for yourself and to give yourself permission to fascinate on you. Breathing compassion for yourself into the tight areas in your body and feeling it.
Open to all levels.
